At abode we offer our lot owners access via a PIN enabling change of contact details, access to their Strata plan, By laws, Insurance certificates of compliance, AGM minutes and more, specific members of the council also have the ability to access Strata Company financials. We have found the following method of servicing out clients to be most equitable as clients only pay for the service they utilise, without "extra contingency costs" factored or some properties with low demands subsidizing those with high service demands.
