There are By laws and / or management statements that relate to the way the common property is managed, who owns and is responsible for what, what are the processes that need to be followed, site behavioral rules on use of the property by Loy owners, tenants and visitors.

It is crucial that the Strata Company has access to the tools and resources that enable the Lot owners and occupiers to fully understand their type of Community property.

At abode we offer our lot owners access via a PIN enabling change of contact details, access to their Strata plan, By laws, Insurance certificates of compliance, AGM minutes and more, specific members of the council also have the ability to access Strata Company financials.

We have found the following method of servicing out clients to be most equitable as clients only pay for the service they utilise, without "extra contingency costs" factored or some properties with low demands subsidizing those with high service demands.
