Founding Abode Strata in 2004, Liz has a passion for working with like-minded individuals to simplify the strata management process for owners and investors. Her specialty is conflict resolution skills and finding light at the end of the tunnel with difficult issues. Liz's authenticity and accomplishments have earned her long-standing respect in the industry.

Joining Abode in 2015 Jordan was one of the first two people to complete the Cert IV in Strata Community Management in WA. Jordan holds a Degree in Property and Marketing and has a background in sales. He takes his role very seriously, but always tries to take the seriousness out of it.

Jess has amassed a wealth of expertise in strata management since embarking on her journey in the industry back in 2013, culminating in her tenure at Abode since 2019. Her passion lies in imparting her deep understanding of strata legislation and guiding Council members through their duties and obligations.​

With 20 years of experience in real estate, Amber specialises in strata company management, particularly in the commercial sector. Amber offers VIP management services, emphasising trust, integrity, and responsiveness, ensuring client satisfaction through her common-sense approach and challenge-driven personality.

With more than 16 years of experience in the strata industry, Michelle brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to every scheme she manages. Michelle holds a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and several additional Property Services qualifications, and has managed a diverse range of properties throughout Queensland and Western Australia. Michelle has a comprehensive understanding of strata legislation and is passionate about providing practical guidance and sharing her expertise with owners, councils of owners, and contractors to achieve positive outcomes for every scheme.

Working in the property industry since 2007, Staceys portfolio previously has consisted of 60 schemes and 1,000 lots with schemes ranging in size from 3 to 264 lots. With certificates in IT, Business and Property Services, Stacey prides herself in having the necessary tools and copius experience for effective strata management. 

Narelle Smith brings over 20 years of strata management experience, having worked across Melbourne and now WA. She’s managed a wide range of properties, from luxury high-rises to boutique coastal complexes, overseeing 500–1000 lots across 55–65 schemes. Known for her hands-on approach and clear communication, Narelle is a great addition to the Abode Strata team.

With four years of experience in multi-unit developments in Dublin, Jack brings a forward-thinking mindset and strong work ethic to every project. Known for his attention to detail and proactive approach, he is passionate about achieving high standards in property management.
Now based in Australia, Jack is eager to leverage his international experience in strata management. With a background in development coordination and a collaborative spirit, he is committed to contributing to the success of clients and communities.

James has joined Abode on a full-time basis, bringing with him a strong background in Real Estate and Operations. He is enthusiastic about his transition to Strata and is eager to assist you with any inquiries. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Project Management, James looks forward to applying his knowledge at Abode.

After more than ten years in property management, including time as a registered property manager, Kendal shifted to strata management and is enjoying her fifth year in the industry. Along with her strong organisational skills she brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing maintenance works and managing relationships with and between clients. She values the sense of community that strata living provides and is passionate about helping residents thrive together within a well-supported framework.

With over two decades of experience, Sil has gracefully navigated the realms of a select few strata management enterprises throughout the city of Perth, alongside a distinguished specialized strata insurance underwriting firm.
